About Us

Over 16 years of quality building experience.

As the owner of Milroy Constructions, Josh Milroy, I started my apprenticeship in commercial fit outs as a carpenter & commercial plasterer carrying out a range of skillsets including partition walls, suspended ceilings, aluminium windows and doors, timber framing, carpentry fixes, external cladding and more.

Working in occupied and non-occupied hospitals, upgrades and maintence including many years working for Southern Health and Monash Health. I completed these works under my father who was a site manager for the complete refurbs of Monash Clayton ICU Ward, Children’s Cancer Ward, and also working on the construction of the Ronald McDonald House Clayton.

I progressed into managing fit out jobs shortly after my apprenticeship direct for the builder which also done large scale carpentry/plastering for tier 1 builders and smaller as well as their own builds.

Within a couple years this progressed into large scale short time frame fit out /construction works, I remained working for this builder for 8 years and along the way filled in 12 months as an occupational health and safety rep between projects as a site manager, operated fixed hammerhead cranes, forklifts, tele handlers and more.
