Luxury Melbourne Apartment

Nothing but the best in quality and design in this magazine featured luxury apartment in Melbourne CBD which included:

Recycled timber vanities, LED lit light trough bulkheads, custom glass stacker doors/splash backs, fibre optic star ceilings in the bedrooms, additional ensuites for all 3 bedrooms, custom cut mirrors to flow with the design of the high quality flooring feature wall, concreate paneling lined feature wall, seamless door frames with acoustic perimeter seals/laser cut strikes, white onyx stone LED lit panel, underfloor heating throughout, glass shelfing, marble benchtops and full automation electrical system.

Melbourne Office Fitout

This was a very extensive demolition of an existing office space with a full refurb including bathroom renovations in the front and rear of the office space, kitchen upgrade in the front and rear of the office space, timber floor restoration, partition walls/aluminium frames to suit the new layout, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, full paint, glazing, custom joinery work spaces, installation of all office furniture, electronic height adjustable desks and commission.

Melbourne Office Fitout

This short timeframe project had a lot of focus on acoustics in the design with both soft feature paneling, double glazing aluminium window profiles, acoustic treated plasterboard partitions, 100% recycled lush patterned carpet tile flooring, concrete paneling flooring and kitchenette.

Falls Creek Apartment

A small short timeframe project in Falls Creek during the peak of winter with a tight budget to work with.

This project had its challenges of being in the middle of winter at a ski resort on the 6th floor along with access/storage issues for the materials and noise restrictions being completed in an occupied residential/shared hotel building.

Melbourne Office Fitout

This was a very extensive demolition of a single tenancy office space with a very dated foyer and toilet block.

A completely renovated office space that was turned into three separate tenancies including modern foyer with a splash of colour, large floor tiles and timber paneling with LED lights, full bathroom upgrade with an added shower that was formally a small store room.

Frankston Townhouse

This project was an inhouse development project for Milroy constructions which was taken from just an idea through to occupancy permit and was based around a very tight budget yet quality materials and labour.

This was achieved by relentless research into a cost effective design yet quality finishes and energy rating in mind along with bargain hunting throughout the project with the help and advice of our experienced team of trades.

Korumburra Aged Care Fitout

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

This aged care facility fit out involves an upgrade of 40 rooms/ensuites, corridors, new multipurpose room, new lifestyle physio room, hairdressers, staffroom, medication rooms, nurse base’s, interview, archive, consult, disabled/ambulant bathrooms, boardroom, reception, general offices and grand structural entrance.

Challenges included completing the project in separate stages to accommodate staff/residents, noise restrictions and more.

Melbourne Apartment

This was a very extensive demolition of an existing apartment with the budget being the main priority along with a short timeframe for the client, which involved relentless research with the client into a cost-effective design yet quality finishes throughout the whole project.

In this project we provided relocation of the kitchen position and an added ensuite and European laundry.
